About the Projects
I photograph interiors and related subjects: hotels, restaurants, residential homes, retail and showroom spaces, workspaces/offices, lifestyle interiors, product-in-space photography, and people in context. Mixed shoots (spaces + products + people) are handled seamlessly. Stylists or assistants are used where necessary to help achieve the best results.
Lighting & Cameras
Natural light: Soft, authentic lighting where possible.
Artificial light: Studio flash and continuous lighting for full control.
Cameras: Fujifilm Medium Format & Canon 35mm full-frame.
Tethered shooting: MacBook-connected for live previews and client feedback.
Preparation & Styling
Spaces should be clean, tidy, and styled. Props, furniture, and décor arranged ahead of time. Let me know if people will be included. Stylists or assistants can be provided if required for complex shoots.
Delivery & Formats
Standard: high-res, print-ready + web-optimized JPEGs.
Optional: TIFF, RAW, custom formats. Typical turnaround 1–2 weeks. Faster delivery available if required.
Backups & Data Security
Images are securely backed up during editing and for at least 12 months. Additional copies and long-term archival options are available.
Copyright & Usage
I retain copyright. Clients are licensed for agreed uses (web, print, marketing). Other uses require written permission. I may use images for portfolio, website, or promotion unless restricted. AI-enhanced videos made from my photos are my property.
Booking & Cancellation
Deposit required to secure the date. Cancellations/reschedules within 7 days may incur fees; deposits are generally non-refundable. If I cancel, I provide a refund or alternative date.
Liability & Third-Party Rights
While care is taken, technical failures may happen; liability is limited to refunding fees. Clients must clear third-party artworks, brand assets, or products.
Additional Work & Reshoots
Extra images, advanced retouching (which can be outsourced), or reshoots after delivery are charged as a new job.
Social Media & Motion Content
Formatted images for social media, web, and marketing. AI-enhanced motion/video sequences created from my photos remain my property.
